Hi, I’m Georgina!
Baby sleep consultant, registered social worker & mum of 2 (very) different babies. I’m also living proof that you can do this and a big believer in there’s no such thing as one-sleep solution-suits-all when it comes to getting your newborn to sleep.
I know how you’re feeling because in 2021, I was feeling just as confused as you.
Having two bubs during the pandemic (and experiencing a traumatic birth which took precious bonding time away from me and my little one) really showed me the importance of connection, support and most importantly, sleep.
I hated bedtime.
By the end of the day, I had tapped out. My tank was empty and it was a mountain I couldn’t bear to climb.
Until I realized the reason why.
I was so focussed on the end goal of getting my newborn to sleep, that I wasn’t concentrating on building the foundations & enjoying the process. The bonding time. And that’s when it all changed.
