Hi, I’m Georgina Wysiecki!

As someone who lives in their pyjamas and can’t function without a good 8 hours a night, my family jokes I’ve been preparing for this role my entire life. 

It wasn’t until I had my own 2 kids (one an avid sleeper like her mum and the other a total sleep-disaster) that I truly started appreciating just how important sleep is for us as parents in order to actually enjoy parenting (and life-ing). 

Let’s just say 15 years as a nanny and a keen interest in child development, the perinatal stage and mental health did NOT prepare me for what followed.
